A good habit or bad habit is a part of life or Man is a creator of habits himself. A bad habit hinders you to achieving your dream destination. It ceases you physically or mentally. In other words, it is something that misbehaves with your planning and demolishes your goals.

It is quite difficult to cope up with your bad habits. Breaking bad habits, especially the deeply entrenched kind, is hard because our brain has come to identify them as necessary means for survival. Sometimes daily routine matters your personality. Routine is an action that you will perform after the cue. If your routine sudden change you are badly involved or become a part of ridicules habits. Therefore, replace the routine; routine is actually the habit, which you want to change. You cannot eliminate any habit, so instead replace it. For example smoking case, let us just say there comes a stressful situation so instead of smoking do meditation or a long
walk with friends or thing you find appropriate.

Some people unaware of the situation tend to irritate others that how he irritates others by own action .But if they actually try, it might help and they might stop following some of the bad habits. It will more good to the people around them, if they actually stop following what is bed.

There are also bad habits that affect the way of people feel about them. So correct your bad habits while talking with others. If you doing this you will definitely see that people are friendlier with you. You will see that also good habits will get you much more good attention then bad habits.

Other bad habits includes bad eating schedule. The fear of gaining several pounds leaves people whether to eat or not .It may takes into depression. Therefore, it is your skill to limit your food, in such a way that keeps you feels healthy.
